Dana, the boat, was lifted up the other
day, to have her bottom washed and re-painted, her seacocks checked, her propeller
scraped and polished, her zinc anodes replaced, a couple patches filled in from
where she was dented bumping into icebergs, and other such work completed. I
don’t know quite what she thought of the ignominy of having her nether regions
displayed for all to see but fortunately the weather held, it was a very
productive time, and Sven was happy with it all.
